Went to watch 'Dark Night' with me housemates today. when i got to the box office, i realized the setting of the whole cinema level looked very similar to Cineleisure back in SG.
the show was good, because Heath Ledger did a fantastic job of acting as the Joker. A round of applause and a minute of silence, please.
anyway, that's the only reason why it's good. the whole storyline was there to continue what left off in Batman Begins, and also introduce some new characters. other than some messy parts, not bad on the whole. One question i had in my mind was: with all the high tech gadgets Bruce Wayne could afford as batman, why couldn't he add in a voice changer or something of the sort? is there a reason he likes to sound like he has a banana stuffed up his ass? we shall see about that if there were to be a Batman 3.
while watching the movie, i somehow forgot that i was in Australia. felt like i was in SG, until when i came out from the cinema, then i realised i'm in brisbane. sometimes i still can't quite believe i'm here where i am. times like these makes me wish i'd never left. hope all you people there are doing fine. take care.
