Summer, but not before the exams.

i received an email few days ago, and it said:

"Congratulations!

You have been awarded a Summer Research Scholarship at The University of Queensland. The Summer Semester 20008/09 commences 24 November and you must discuss your project start date with your supervisor....."

yeap. and so i got it. scholarship.

i heard they're paying Aud$300 a week, for either 6 or 8 weeks, depending how long my summer vacation project will take. i got a project with a Dr Ulrike Kappler, working on 'Redox proteins involved in sulfur compound conversions in bacterial cells', something like that. it's gonna start on 17th Nov all the way until February, first week maybe. there's gonna be a month of break during December.

BUT, all these won't happen before the exams are over. damn, it sucks.
