Dessert

i saw the following stalls at the union today while waiting for the rest of the guys to come. things they sell are no good, too typical. you can get better ones at bugis street. except the ripe and big strawberries. but they sell it too expensive in school. must be thinking that student's money easy to cheat.






this was taken while waiting for people at the city. it was 10 degrees with darn strong winds. froze my small ass.


went home to some hot pasta made by Adeline. first cook the pasta, then add cheese and topping and then bake for few minutes. so tasty.


i drank. some.



Ok. so after pasta dinner and drinks, we all headed to this superb dessert place called freestyle. its a cafe, dessert bar and art gallery all in one. the following art pieces are all for sale. the bigger piece costs $1200. the small one costs $600.


these are in another corner. the ones on the stand, the 3-piece thing, $2000. those bodies on the floor are few hundred bucks.


all right... i 10X zoomed into this ice cream along the same table. looks totally alluring.


these 2 art pieces are hung in the cafe. but somehow through the glass, it created a mirage that it is on the opposite building or hanging on the tree. the red background is from the cafe as well.


Saucy Chocolate Pudding with fudge sauce, pouring cream, chocolate and vanilla ice cream.


in the foreground, Baked Cheesecake served with autumn fruit compote, and white chocolate ice cream with caramel sauce garnished with almond meringue.

Hot chocolate with marshmallows. rich and welcoming on a cold night.


2 desserts ain't gonna be enough. so we ordered another White Chocolate Raspberry Brioche Dumplings with chocolate dipping sauce, berries and chocolate ice cream. look at the snowy white sugar coating...

it was simply a fantastic dessert experience. there were 5 of us. total bill was $48.90.

anyway, today i met a girl. her name is Jeab, from bangkok, thailand. two thumbs up. wish me luck people :)
